Associate Professor in the Department of Gender Equality and Social Justice at Nipissing University
Rosemary Nagy is Associate Professor in the Department of Gender Equality and Social Justice at Nipissing University. Her past research in the field of transitional justice has included studies in South Africa and Rwanda. Rosemary has just finished a major project on Indian Residential Schools and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. She is now helping to lead a research project on sex trafficking in northeastern Ontario that is being done in partnership with Amelia Rising Sexual Assault Centre of Nipissing, the AIDS Committee of North Bay and Area, and the Union of Ontario Indians.
